I visited the Walindi Plantation Resort, Kimbe Bay, West New Britain in Papua New Guinea to help out at Mahonia Na Dari Research and Conservation Centre which is situated next to the resort. During my stay Madang Teachers College visited Mahonia Na Dari to take part in a Marine Environment Education Program (MEEP) where they learnt about the reef ecosystems and conervation stratagies. The Max Benjamin School is in the process of being built, with support from Max and Cecilie Benjamin and donations from the Walindi resort guests.
